RATING point overall; This bottle contains the fifth version of the Sultan. I finally decided to base it on a Belgian style Quadrupel. The sultanas are more present than before, and it is brewed with a hefty dose of pilsner malt, Belgian specialty malts, dark candy sugar and a funky yeast strain. Experience and enjoy it now,

DESCRIPTION/REVIEWS:
"Creamy throughout, but most pleasantly on the open. Some lovely amber hops are nice but unobtrusive. The dark candied sugar fits in wonderfully. Light toasted malt comes through a bit. Nicely subtle, but not horribly complex. I get a bit of grape, but not much. The finish is nicely shallow. It's a bit empty for a quad, but it's still got its own character and I find it enjoyable, if light. No alcohol comes through - an impressive feat." - BeerAdvocate.com FOOD PAIRING:
