"Soft powdery mouthfeel with a crisp carbonation and medium body. Smooth. Very evident clove flavor up front and stays around throughout. Hints of birch and ginger-beer like flavors, peppery medicinal phenols and light herbal-tea hop flavor. Quite malty. Fruitiness is likened to a delicate date sweetness and ripe plum.
